WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free Standard shipping for Domestic customers.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

📦 Shipping Coverage:
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will reach out to offer alternatives.
🕒 Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once processed, your order is handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.
📍 Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
📌 Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your package in real-time.
📭 Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
📦 Damaged or Lost Orders:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@theultimatedropzone.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders will not be shipped to a PO Box. Shipping of orders are not available to Tier 3 cities and to states Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, and Sikkim.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
